Orders & shipping

When will my order ship?

Usually within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the size and whether it is framed. Every piece is made to order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

Will my framed art come ready to hang?

Yes. All framed pieces come with archival backing and hanging hardware already installed.

How do unframed prints arrive?

Paper prints and board-mounted canvas ship flat, ready to frame. Rolled canvas ships in a tube and will need to be stretched or mounted before framing.

What kind of prints are these?

Premium giclées, printed with archival-grade pigment inks on premium paper or canvas. See Materials & Quality.

What is the difference between "image size" and "overall size"?

The image size is the size of the artwork itself. The overall size also includes anything around it, such as a mat or frame.

What mat options do you offer?

No mat, or a 2, 3 or 4 inch mat. Our mats are 4-ply, archival, 100% cotton, museum-grade mat board.

Do framed prints come with glass?

Matted framed prints include Clear Acrylic, a lightweight, shatterproof glass alternative that helps protect artwork from dust and fingerprints. Framed prints with no mat are Mount & Coat: mounted to 1/8" board and coated with a UV water-resistant coating that protects and adds texture. Framed canvas is coated and displayed without glass. The cover is chosen automatically based on your mat.

Are canvas prints stretched or mounted?

We don't stretch canvas. We mount it to board instead, because mounted canvas is more durable and needs less maintenance. Stretched canvas loosens over time with changes in temperature and humidity, and it can be punctured or dented.

Will the print look exactly like it does on my screen?

Our previews are digital representations of a custom piece that has not been made yet, so the finished product may differ slightly. Monitors vary, so we can't guarantee that on-screen colour is an exact match, and room lighting can change how a print looks.

Do you sell digital downloads?

No. We only sell physical prints.

How are gallery wall sets priced?

Each set is priced at 20% off the combined price of its individual pieces.

Returns & damage

Can I exchange a piece?

Yes. Within 60 days of delivery we will help you exchange it for something you love, at no extra charge. See Shipping & Returns.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We will start on a replacement right away. Send us a photo of the box or package, the shipping label, and the damaged product, and we will take care of the rest.

What if an item is defective?

Whether it was our mistake or the carrier's, we will make it right. Just let us know and it becomes our top priority.
